In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Federal law on data protection – nLPD 1st September 2023) and of the European Union, (European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, Caledonia Switzerland Sagl – CHE – 203.088.446 (CH-501.4.018.247-3), with registered office and operational headquarters in Corso San Gottardo 8A – Chiasso – in the person of its President Dr. Antonello Andreoni (hereinafter also the “Owner”), reports that This site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors / users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the information is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.
